All My Friends are Therapists, Episode 5

Hi Everyone!

Another episode for you this week! This is the LONNNGGGG awaited (haha) Part 2 from the episode I did with Erin about anxiety. This episode finishes the conversation about managing anxiety.

“There is something so relaxing about the little things you do for yourself”. This was Erin’s comment about what she does to manage her anxiety. I am a big believer in establishing routines and this episode gives you tips to create a routine to help manage anxiety. Enjoy!
